i promise though, i am going to start putting more movies into this thing. please, my fellow snobs, feel free to help out. but i will write about "anchorman" after i watch it tonight. i guess that's not the greatest "film" in the world, but maybe i am wrong. starsky and hutch and old school were both damn fine.

I was initially a passerby, but I think I'll stay. I ran argound on this community because I'm a member of moviebuffs and I was wondering if there was one entitled filmsnobs. Sure enough, here I am. This community has potential, with a simple rating system and less of an emphasis on long-winded reviews, which is what drives me nuts in the other community.

Anyway, over the next couple of days I'll post a couple of reviews. The format is simple enough, but how are you doing those tags at the bottom? are you using "<a href=" mark ups? Or a quick tag that I'm not familiar with? You might want to advetise this place a bit, that usually helps with membership and not having such a dead community.

yeah, i guess i was made a liar in that post. i didn't find anchorman interesting enough to inspire writing. but any reviews would be greatly appreciated. and welcome to the group.

oh ... and if you use the web to update this journal, these tags should be available. really, putting them on this journal was my first real experience with them, so i can't give any expert advise or instruction. i would just say look at the bottom of the form when you update, and i could always go back in and add them later.
